Q. If I over run the 6 or 12 month policy period can I extend the policy? | A. Yes. We will send you a renewal questionnaire prior to expiry of the policy, asking if you require further cover. |
| Q. Can I add and remove properties? | A. Yes. Once you have a policy further properties can be added to build a portfolio of properties. You will then only be charged for the number days that each project requires cover. |
| Q. Can I change the policy when the property is finished and becomes let out? | A. Yes. We will note the change on the policy and will continue to cover the property until renewal when a new Let Property policy can be issued. |
